Recursive Building Tutorial by CLuis

Materials Needed-
   HHT 4, and some time.

Dont worry about raw data, replacing other tag, or fixing dependencies. HHT 4 can now add all kinds of raw data and it can also add tags!


1) Open the map that your gonna extract the data from.

    a- Select the tag you want to extract. (I will be doing the Grunt bipd for this example)

    b- Make sure Recursive is checked.

    c- Click Save Meta

    d- Select a folder to save to. Remember this folder. (I will save in E:\Grunt\)


2) Close the map, and Open the map you want to inject the data to.

    a- Make sure Recursive is checked.

    b- Click on Inject Meta.

    c- Select the folder where you saved to and click OK. (I would select E:\Grunt\)

 

    d- Then select the file that you started the extraction with.

Note: If the tags name in HHT is characters\grunt\grunt then the place where the file is located is your origin folder and that filename. Mine would be E:\Grunt\characters\grunt\grunt[bipd].meta The tagtype is contained in the "[ ]"'s, so if you extracted a bipd then u will find bipd inside the brackets.


3) RESULTS! Thats the whole tutorial. Hope your maps works ingame.
